My Virtual HR Ltd is a subscription based business to business private membership website providing an outsourced HR support and consultancy service for employers in England and Wales. We specialize in the micro, small and medium sized enterprise sector.
We have been providing HR guidance and writing employment policies, handbooks and employment contracts for all types of businesses in England and Wales since 2001 and have worked with hundreds of businesses, of all types, including charities, accountants, financial advisers, solicitors, barristers’ chambers, large motor dealerships, automotive component suppliers, arborists, hotels, hauliers, engineering companies, and many more.
Because many employers either do not want, or do not need, a full-time HR manager, or require cost effective support for their in-house HR function, Members can choose either:
- To utilise our consultancy service on a half-day or daily basis as and when needed – paying only for the services they use. This time need not be all used at once. It can be used in smaller chunks;
- To retain our consultancy service on an annual basis, in which case the costs can be spread over 12 months to ease your cash flow.
In addition, members:
- Have access to the restricted content of this site; and
- Can also purchase a range of HR documents, employment contracts and employment handbook at competitive prices.
